How can I export email addresses for just the 3rd & 4th graders?

Since you want email addresses for 3rd and 4th graders I'll assume that you want their parents email addresses. Therefore, click on the Parents Tab which will take you to the Parent Detail layout. Next, click Find at the top of the window. Enter the number 3 (for 3rd graders) in the Teacher/Grade field in the bottom left tab set. Click Peform Find at the top of the screen. Next click Find again but this time enter the number 4 (for 4th graders) but this time go to the top of the screen and click on Requests > Extend Found Set.

(If, instead, you want to find all parents of current students, you could Perform Find on the Household Tab and use "Yes" for "Print In Directory" as your find criteria.)

Click on List in upper right hand corner to see the list of 3rd & 4th Grade parents that were just found. To put the list in alphabetical order, click on Last Name. To Email the found set of parents from Membership Keeper, click Send Email in the blue bar. To export the found set of parents, click on the Export icon (to the right of the Send Email button) and follow the prompts to create a MS Excel file.

If the students have their own email addresses, click on the Students tab. Next, click Find at the top of the window. Enter the number 3 (for 3rd graders) in the Grade Level field in the top left tab set. Click Peform Find at the top of the screen. Next click Find again but this time enter the number 4 (for 4th graders) but this time go to the top of the screen and click on Requests > Extend Found Set.

Click on List in upper right hand corner to see the list of 3rd & 4th Grade students that were just found. To Email the found set of students from Membership Keeper, click Send Email in the blue bar. To export the found set of students, click on the Export icon (to the right of the Send Email button) and follow the prompts to create a MS Excel file.
