Project Administration has a Project Schedule, Project Directory, Consultant Information, Phase Information and Project-related Reminders.
Project Administration tabs
Project Schedule
Click the “+” to create a new schedule item. Fill in the Projected Start Date, Projected Due Date, Actual Start Date, Actual Done Date, Status and more. This information is tied to Budgeting (Fee Proposal) items.
Project Tasks
Project Tasks are items that may be assigned to individuals. Click the “+” to create a new task. Fill in the Task, Assigned to..., Start Date, Finish Date and Status.
Project Directory
The Project Directory is a list of contacts related to a project. The Project Directory helps condense the full Contact file down to just project related contacts. Click the “+” to create a project-contact relationship. Fill in the Contact (by choosing a contact from the list), Project Role, Role Type and Sort Number (for the order of contacts in the project directory). Only one contact may be designated as an Owner and only one contact may be designated as a Prime Contractor (these designations are used mainly for marketing purposes). When you are finished, choose the “Continue” button.
Consultant Information
Consultant Information shows consultant related information from Fee Proposal: Phase, Consultant Firm, Project Role, Compensation and % Finished. This section is useful for Project Managers to enter “% Finished” so that items may be invoiced.

Phase Information shows project related information from Fee Proposal: Phase, Service, Compensation and % Finished. This section is useful for Project Managers to enter “% Finished” so that items may be invoiced.
