If you need to perform maintenance on your multi-user version and don’t want users entering data, then set it to “offline.” When it is marked offline, users who launch it will get a message that says, “Membership Keeper is currently offline for maintenance. Please see your administrator.” To set it offline/online, enter the User ID and Password (must be an Administrator Level account). Immediately after clicking OK hold down the shift button. This should bring up the Administration layout. If you get the log-in page, log in again following the instructions above. In the Administration layout click the appropriate radio button to mark the solution as off-line. Either proceed to log in or quit as desired. Make sure you log back in the same way and mark the solution as back on line when you are done with maintenance.
